5jili Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, Clearly Stated

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5jili ("5jili", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 5jili.cam. 3 Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of 5jili's gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your account's lifetime.

• One Account Limit: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 5jili. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 5jili will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 5jili platform are processed through approved payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and supported cryptocurrency networks including USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). 5jili does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos) for fiat currency transactions. Deposits are processed in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within standard banking processing windows for direct bank transfers. 6 Gameplay Rules & Outcomes

8 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the 5jili platform — including but not limited to the 5jili brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, software code, game artwork licensed from third-party game providers, promotional graphics, text content, and documentation — are the property of 5jili or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 5jili platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the 5jili platform or its content.

5jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; (c) interruptions, errors, or technical failures in the platform or third-party services; (d) any losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, including but not limited to wagering losses; (e) delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banking institutions.

To the extent any liability of 5jili is established under applicable law notwithstanding these limitations, the aggregate liability of 5jili to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your 5jili account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

5jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy is detected or reasonably suspected
• Identity verification or KYC requirements remain unsatisfied within the required timeframe
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct is detected or reasonably suspected

• A self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion request has been received from the account holder

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in its entirety. Upon account closure at the player's own request or for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method, less any applicable pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.

The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved through the above procedures.
